Position Overview
We are seeking a polished and professional Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the executive team. This role demands excellent communication, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach to managing schedules, documents, and correspondence.

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Conduct research and utilize research tools efficiently.

  • Handle email, phone, and communication tasks with discretion and professionalism.

  • Draft, edit, and prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.

  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action points.

  • Oversee office supply procurement and vendor coordination.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum: High School diploma; Preferred: Associate's degree in Business Administration.

  • 10+ years of administrative or secretarial experience.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Well-versed in customer service, scheduling, and document preparation.

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Compensation & Work Hours

  • Salary: ₹40,000/month

  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
