Position Overview
We are seeking a polished and professional Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the executive team. This role demands excellent communication, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach to managing schedules, documents, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Conduct research and utilize research tools efficiently.
Handle email, phone, and communication tasks with discretion and professionalism.
Draft, edit, and prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action points.
Oversee office supply procurement and vendor coordination.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Required Qualifications
Minimum: High School diploma; Preferred: Associate's degree in Business Administration.
10+ years of administrative or secretarial experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (written and verbal).
Well-versed in customer service, scheduling, and document preparation.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Compensation & Work Hours
Salary: ₹40,000/month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
