Job Description: Senior Sales Executive

Location: Mersin, Turkey
Experience Required: 3 years
Nationality: Turkish
Language Proficiency: Turkish (Fluent)

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the region.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Ensure excellent customer service and address client queries promptly.
  3. Market Analysis:

    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
    • Provide insights and feedback to the management to refine sales strategies.
  4. Sales Performance:

    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the management team.
  5. Product Knowledge:

    • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
    • Communicate product benefits effectively to clients.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record of 3 years in sales, preferably in the relevant industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Residing in or near Mersin, Turkey.
  • Familiarity with the local business landscape and cultural nuances.
