Job Title: Service Manager

Department: After Sales Department

Location: Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar

Contract Duration: 2 Years (Renewable)

Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years

Salary Range: $1000 - $1500 USD

Primary Responsibilities :

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage after-sales service operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and improve service performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Train, mentor, and manage the service team to maintain high operational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions for escalated service issues.
  • Collaborate with different departments to optimize service processes.
