Responsibilities:
Assist the Production Manager with:
Plant operations.
Achieving production targets and maintaining operational efficiencies.
Reviewing processes and operations to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Quality control.
Maintaining a clean and safe plant environment.
Implementing Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) schedules to minimize machine downtime.
Training and motivating staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years of experience in chlorination, organic pigments, or the green pigments/organic chemical industry.
Senior Chemists with extensive experience in Green Pigments/Phthalocyanine Pigments Plants can also apply.
Proficiency in Hindi and English is required.
Salary is negotiable for deserving candidates.
