Business Development
Drive business growth for Generics, OTC, and OTX products across the assigned state.
Develop and execute state-level sales and market expansion strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Channel Development
Appoint and manage Super Stockists, C&F agents, and distributors.
Build and strengthen retailer and distributor networks.
Ensure efficient distribution and product availability across the territory.
Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve state sales and revenue targets.
Monitor business performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Drive sustainable business growth through structured execution.
Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
Negotiate commercial terms and maintain strong trade partnerships.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and partner engagement.
Financial & Operational Management
Ensure adherence to Advanced Payment Mode or Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) business model.
Maintain financial discipline and operational compliance.
Monitor collections and business profitability.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business performance updates.
Provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualification :
Bachelor degree
Primary Responsibilities :
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
8–15 years
of experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, OTC, OTX, or Generics trade.
Proven experience managing state-level sales operations.
Strong experience in retailer trade and channel development.
