Lead, supervise, and manage a team of 10 store personnel, ensuring all activities are performed efficiently within the FMCG industry.
Monitor and control multiple product stocks, ensuring accurate and timely stock handling and tracking.
Oversee and coordinate different team activities simultaneously, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
Ensure excellent command over stock management, including inventory levels, movements, and updates.
Maintain excellent control over stock levels, ensuring accurate and timely entries of daily production, raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and finished goods (FG).
Verify and ensure all documentation related to stock, production, and inventory is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with company policies.
Monitor stock levels to ensure availability and minimize shortages, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth flow of materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in FMCG food products, handling multiple product categories and managing complex stock scenarios.
Strong ability to manage and lead a team, delegating tasks effectively.
Excellent knowledge and experience in stock management and inventory control.
Proficiency in data entry and documentation with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
