Job Title: Technical Manager

The Technical Manager will serve as a key technical liaison, supporting customers in achieving their operational goals while aligning with company interests. This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, customer support, and contribution toward continuous improvement of products and services.
Provide technical support to the sales team and customers including performance assessments, troubleshooting, and trials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with technical decision-makers such as plant managers and quality control teams.
Coordinate client schedules for pre-trial assessments, trial programs, and service visits.
Conduct and analyze field trials independently or in collaboration with consultants; report outcomes effectively.
Train client and distributor teams on products and application protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation of client information and interactions.
Monitor competitor products, performance, strategies (SWOT), and marketing activities; report insights.
Keep product information databases updated.
Stay informed on internal product developments and innovations.
Contribute technical articles to relevant publications to address industry challenges.
Provide periodic training to the sales team on new products and trial results.
Develop collaborations with academic institutions for analytical support (e.g., gut histopathology).
