Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in Packet Core, 5G Core, and Nokia core technologies, alongside proven project management experience. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet all scope, budget, and timeline objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and the ability to manage relationships with senior-level stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of Nokia core network projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  3. Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  4. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  5. Manage project financials and track project performance against key metrics.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior-level clients.
  7. Effectively manage project escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Document project processes and procedures.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects in a telecommunications or network services environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nokia core network technologies, Packet Core, and 5G Core.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage high levels of pressure and maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Proven ability to manage client escalations with a solution-oriented approach and a strong service mindset.
  • Experience in a Nokia Care environment is a plus.
