Job Title – Regional Sales Manager
Location – Chennai
Reporting To – MD
Qualification
Educational - BTech/MTech in Electronics\Instrumentation\Automtion\Optonics or other
related engineering field.
Technical - Knowledge of Lasers & Machines (Preferably sheet metal industry)
Industry experience –
ï‚· 7-8 years of Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting
or exceeding targets
Salary PA– 8-10 Lacs
Knowledge on engineering operations and production processes will be preferred.
ï‚· Knowledge of our or competitor Lasers.
ï‚· Should have dealt with sales of high and low value products.
ï‚· Open to travel to customer locations to discuss and provide support to customer
and provide feedback to Sales, Service, Finance and Application teams.
ï‚· Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level,
Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning,
Independence, Motivation for Sales.
ï‚· Strong business sense and industry expertise
ï‚· Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of
the organization
ï‚· Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
