We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our innovative company. As the head of the IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organisation-wide technology systems are reliable, secure, constantly available, up-to-date, and meet the needs of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage information technology and computer systems.
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, standard policies, and procedures in line with company objectives.
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
- Set annual objectives related to the IT Department.
- Identify the need for upgrades and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the CISO to build and maintain the disaster recovery plan.
- Stay up-to-date with the most recent technologies.
- Prepare financial budgets and performance reports.
- Purchase cost-effective software and technological equipment.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with outside vendors.
