IT Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled IT Director to join our innovative company. As
head of the entire IT department, you will be responsible of ensuring that our organisation-wide
technology systems are reliable, secured, constantly available, up-to-date, and meet the needs of the
company.

Responsibilities:
- Manage information technology and computer systems.
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, standard policies and procedures in line with
company objectives.
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations
and appraising their performance.
- Set the annual objectives related to IT Department.
- Identifying the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Along with the CISO, building and maintaining the disaster recovery Plan.
- Keep up-to-date with the most recent technologies.
- Preparing financial budgets and performance reports.
- Purchasing cost-effective software and technological equipments
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with outside vendors.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager.
- Strong knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer
hardware/software systems.
- Excellent knowledge in data centre management and data governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to manage personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in computer scienceÙ« engineering or other relevant area.
- At least 5 years experience in IT Management.
- English, French would be highly a plus (Djibouti is French speaking country).

- Back Office Business Windows Based Systems (HR/Payroll, Finance).
