Job Summary

As a Sales Officer in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) premium category, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the premium product segment. Your primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers, ensuring the successful promotion and distribution of premium FMCG products. You will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and enhancing the overall brand image in the premium category.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:

   - Collaborate with the sales team and senior management to develop effective sales strategies for the premium FMCG category.

   - Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and product positioning.

  1. Client Relationship Management:

   - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers in the premium segment.

   - Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase new products, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

  1. Market Expansion:

   - Identify and explore new markets and channels to expand the reach of premium FMCG products.

   - Develop and execute plans to penetrate untapped regions and demographics.

  1. Sales Target Achievement:

   - Set, monitor, and achieve sales Primary & Secondary targets for the premium category. Like, Cold press Oils. & Organic food    

   - Implement effective sales techniques and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.

  1. Product Promotion

   - Work closely with marketing teams to create and implement promotional campaigns for premium products.

   - Ensure proper merchandising and display of premium products in retail outlets.

  1. Market Analysis:

   - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay informed about industry developments.

   - Provide regular reports and insights on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences.

  1. Training and Development:

   - Provide training and support to sales teams and distributors to enhance their knowledge of premium products.

   - Conduct workshops to improve selling skills and product knowledge.

  1. Customer Feedback and Satisfaction:

   - Gather customer feedback to understand their preferences and satisfaction levels.

   - Address customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and service
