Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Franchise Manager to join our team. As a Franchise
Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and operations of franchise
outlets within our recruitment consultancy network. You will play a key role in driving business
growth by identifying potential franchise partners, supporting them in setting up their operations,
and ensuring that they adhere to the company's standards and guidelines. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in franchising, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building
successful partnerships.

Responsibilities:
ï‚· Identify potential franchise partners and conduct thorough assessments to ensure alignment
with the company's values and standards.
ï‚· Assist franchise partners in setting up their operations, including site selection, training, and
initial launch activities.
ï‚· Provide ongoing support to franchise partners, including guidance on business operations,
marketing strategies, and customer service.
ï‚· Monitor the performance of franchise outlets and implement strategies to maximize their
profitability and success.
ï‚· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards across all
franchise outlets.
ï‚· Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement franchise expansion plans and
initiatives.
ï‚· Act as a liaison between franchise partners and the company, addressing any issues or
concerns that may arise.
ï‚· Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for
franchise growth.
