We have urgent opening as a "Service engineer" in Srilanka location.

Location : Srilanka

Job Responsibilities :-

Timely submit service reports/ monthly reports alongwith travel
expenses and provide feedback as per prevalent system to office/
seniors regarding service calls status on real time basis.
ï‚· Ensure proper upkeep of tool kit on regular basis.
ï‚· Should be well dressed, tidy & presentable when on duty.
ï‚· Should have a mobile in working condition round the clock &
attend promptly customers’ calls on mobile.
ï‚· Should be prepared to attend service calls beyond office hours, in
case of any emergency & situation demands.
ï‚· Undertake frequent upcountry travelling & sometimes even at
short notice. Should atleast own a two-wheeler.
ï‚· Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily
travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests;
resolving problems.
ï‚· Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and
gathering components and parts; completing installation;
performing acceptance tests.
ï‚· Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints;
identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and
techniques; recommending system improvements.
ï‚· Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating
instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies;
performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
ï‚· Documents service and installation actions by completing forms,
reports, logs, and records.
ï‚· Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information
confidential.
ï‚· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational
opportunities; reading professional publications.
ï‚· Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing
related results as needed.
