Summary:

• Responsible for all Sales & Marketing activities in assigned regions.
• Responsible for setting up Dealers & Distributors Channel in the assigned areas.

Responsibilities:

• Market and sell company products to current and potential customers.
• Prepare schedules and action plans to identify the dealers and distributors and the end customers and number of contacts to be made.
• Maintain current and establish potential customer relationships such as Dealers, Distributors, Carpenters, and Fabricators.
• Generate and follow-up leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Identify prospects in the customer segments and contact them.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
• Develop market potential and growth of the company from a business perspective.
• Expand the dealer channel for specific areas to grow business volume.
• Identify and resolve all customer complaints.
• Prepare status reports including activity, closings, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with required company staff to accomplish work and close sales.
• Ensure payments are received by the due date.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management as deemed fit.
