Inventory Controller

Inventory Controller: 2 Position

Location: Luanda, Angola.

Job Responsibility:

1.      Will be responsible for Supervising multiple warehouses and storekeepers

2.      Reporting to Group Inventory Manager and will be managing inventory of Food Products, FMCG items, Raw materials, packing materials and factory finished goods.

3.      Supervise daily activities of the warehouses, including receiving, quality assurance, inventory control, storing, space management, logistics & Delivery.

4.      Schedule and oversee warehouse teams to meet the demands and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.

5.      Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. Stock discrepancy during receiving must be escalated to the supplier/sender by report.

6.      Avoiding product's shortage by investigating on weekly basis. Perform investigations based on Stock Accuracy Checks.

7.      Prepare and arrange for stock count procedures

8.      Obtain information from operations department on incoming shipments.

9.      Arranging space in advance for incoming shipments.

10.  Implementing operational policies and procedures in all warehouses.

11.  Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Requirement:

1.      At least 3-5 years of work experience of managing multiple warehouses

2.      SAP work experience is preferred

3.      Strong leadership and people management skills

4.      Creative thinker and problem solver

5.      Excellent in MS Excel

6.      Strong communication skills
