Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic HR Executives to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, ensuring efficient and smooth HR operations within our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
    • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Address employee queries and provide support regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
    • Foster a positive work environment by organizing employee engagement activities.
  3. Performance Management:

    • Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems and track employee performance.
    • Support the development and monitoring of employee performance improvement plans (PIPs).
  4. HR Administration:

    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
    • Prepare and manage HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and termination letters.
  5. Compliance and Policy Management:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  6. Training and Development:

    • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
    • Assist in identifying training needs and evaluating training programs.
  7. Payroll and Benefits:

    • Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying timesheet data.
    • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
