Responsibility
For Initial
year, need to focus on chat support for a year and
after completion of a year will
be working 4 hrs daily on
Chat and
rest
4 hours will be working in SEO ( will get training).
Acts quickly to resolve customer issues
Control the online traffic
Provide required
information to client and customer
Send drafts
Solve the client's
queries.
Involved
in SEO
& Lead Support.
Bachelor degree
