Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Non-IT positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic advice on recruitment best practices.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar recruitment role, specifically in Non-IT sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of Malayalam is preferred.
  • Willingness to relocate to Coimbatore.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
