Client is looking for a new talented DotNet Team with hands-on experience in developing software, for its office in Surat, India.

Client develop an ALM and quality management system.
As Team Leader you will take full technical ownership of various projects (Internet, intranet, web business application,...) and be responsible to manage and technically support client team (for now one developer, and 2 QA. We are about to grow in the next few months).
Design and architect Client web application
Design and architect integrations
Develop and code business applications, multi-tiered web and client server applications using: C#, ASP.Net, XML, SQL, HTML5, JQuery, and Javascript
Maintain and enhance existing applications
Write and supervise the technical product documentation
Technical design, mentoring and implementation of best practices and processes
Develop the software architecture based on the business requirements and constraints
Ensure efficiency of your team by giving them technical advices along the delivery process
Organize knowledge sharing and continuous learning
For recruitment process, be responsible to assess technical capabilities of candidates
Ability to fly to Israel for 2 weeks for workshop and qualification
Experience of small teams management
Experience in managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment
Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design
Experience in the development of software using c#, .Net and SQL Server technologies
Excellent personal organisation and ability to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks
Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges
Strong knowledge on software implementation best practices
Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment
Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support
Ability to develop large scale web/database applications
Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager
Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces
Ability to construct user guides and documentation
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or other related fields or experience.
Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies
Languages: C#, VB.Net, SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript/DHTML, VBScript, HTML, XML
Experience developing websites
Some experience with front end UI design preferred
Minimum 2-3 years in backend software design in SQL Server 2008+, Stored procedures, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#
5 – 10 years of actual experience in the workplace
