Technical Lead/CTO – Job Descriptionï‚· Align the platform technically according to business needs and vision.
ï‚· Leading engineering and product development with input from the business team
ï‚· Bug fixing for existing platforms and lead the development of new product
features (version 2.0)
ï‚· Take the lead in recruiting, leading and training a local development team
ï‚· Optimize and manage the DB for the platform according to business growth and
needs
ï‚· Establish an organized system of updating, QAing and testing the code base
ï‚· Ensuring the platform remains secure throughout
ï‚· Setting up and maintaining our IT infrastructure
ï‚· Extract analytics and information required by the business ops team
ï‚· Managing third party vendors
ï‚· Staying updated on latest product Innovation through research and continuous
improvement
Requirements
ï‚· BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
ï‚· 8+ years’ software engineering and IT experience (preferably with experience in
e-commerce)
ï‚· Proven track record in leadership positions of technical teams
ï‚· Excellent communication, project management and organization skills
