Job description for Executive/Assistant Manager – Product Management
ï‚· Update SMS costs from various suppliers & partners in the system
ï‚· Cost analysis of premium & wholesale SMS termination routes
ï‚· Create new operators & update coverage on an ongoing basis
ï‚· Testing of SMS routes like Country, Network, MCC, MNC from various suppliers
ï‚· Create new customer accounts & release official pricelists as per sales account manager
ï‚· Align buy-sell routing & update rates as per the process
ï‚· Update official mail ids of customers in the system for auto rate commutation
ï‚· MIS reporting of daily/weekly/monthly traffic of customer’s SMS traffic
ï‚· Monitoring of Quality of Service of customer’s SMS traffic on daily basis
Candidate should have 2-3 year’s experience in the Telecom industry with working knowledge of
Message hub. Understanding of A2P SMS & routing management is a must. Should know MS Excel,
Advance Excel (H lookup, V lookup, left, Right, Mid, Concatenate, Pivot Table, Pivot chart, etc).
