Eligibility and Requirement:
The candidate should meet the following criteria:
ï‚· B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical)
ï‚· 10+ years of experience in CFD
ï‚· Candidate should be proficient in ANSYS Fluent, AM, DM and ICEM CFD Tetra/Hexa
ï‚· Candidate should possess strong knowledge on one or more of the following areas:
o Proficient in heat exchanger CFD modelling
o DPM modelling and UDF writing
o Multiphase flow, porous media, pumps, cavitation and conjugate heat transfer modelling
o Application of DFMEA (Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), DFM (Design for
Manufacturing), DFA (Design for Assembly), & DFS (Design for Servicing)
ï‚· Proficient in post processing/analysing CFD results and coming up with actionable recommendations
ï‚· Should have experience in new product development
Detailed Work Description:
The EVP, Research & Development will be primarily responsible for:
ï‚· Leading the R&D team
ï‚· Bring out of the box ideas for new products as well as improvements of existing products
ï‚· In accordance with company objectives develop and monitor research plans and budgets for R&D
projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within cost objectives.
ï‚· Drive accountability, consistency, quality, and process standardization across all phases of research
and development.
ï‚· Direct the Research and Development (R&D) program, from new product proposal to
commercialization.
