Content Development

ï‚· Educational content for primary classes from 1 st – 5 th Class
ï‚· Content development for teaching life skills

Communication

ï‚· Having good rapport with teachers, Principals, Schools and other clients
ï‚· Extrovert skills to be able to teach children, interns + other teachers
ï‚· Training Intern & Teachers

Project Supervision

ï‚· Supervise the educational project in schools
ï‚· Supervise in procuring materials and packaging of materials

Coordinating Consultants/ Interns and
volunteers

ï‚· Communicating schedules to Interns and Volunteers
ï‚· Defining and supervising their roles and responsibilities
ï‚· Managing Consultants performance projects
ï‚· Recruitment of Interns
Audit of teachers ï‚· Visiting CSR schools for audits
ï‚· Build a proper Feedback Mechanism

Project Development ï‚· Good problem-solving skills to maintain project efficiency and work towards

its growth and scalability

Corporate Communication

ï‚· Book Writing & Compiling
ï‚· Newspaper Articles in Hindi & English
ï‚· Making Evaluation Charts & Assessment Reports

MIS ï‚·

Making Report on weekly & monthly basis
