Qualification- professional qualification with min 5 years of US tax experience
You will be working from Pune office, leading a team with another Manager - with Tax team strength if 25-30.
Responsible for overall growth of the US tax department which includes below but not restricted to-
- Handling and closing Upwork or otherwise Tax leads, writing proposals, taking calls, closing prospects.
- On boarding new clients, ensure stability and deliveries
- Working with team on better processes, deliveries, and continuing training and development of the department
- Closing working with Management for nee growth areas, opportunities and working in budget and projections
- Working closely with HR and recruiting me people, nee and better consultants and ensure team sustainability.
