Job Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our company's digital marketing initiatives. This role involves overseeing a team of digital marketing specialists, developing and implementing digital strategies, and managing online advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Areas of Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Digital Marketing Strategy:

    • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  2. Team Management:

    • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring their productivity, development, and job satisfaction.
    • Assign tasks and set clear KPIs for team members.
  3. Campaign Management:

    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments for optimal results.
  4. Website and Content Management:

    • Oversee website content and user experience, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices and provides a positive user journey.
    • Coordinate the creation of high-quality, engaging content across digital channels.
  5. Paid Advertising:

    • Manage online advertising budgets and ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
    • Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
  6. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of digital marketing initiatives.
    • Generate regular reports to share insights and recommend improvements.
  7. SEO and SEM:

    • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
    • Oversee paid search campaigns, optimizing keyword selection and ad copy for optimal results.
  8. Social Media Management:

    • Develop and maintain the company's social media presence, creating engaging and shareable content.
    • Monitor and respond to online customer inquiries and comments.
  9. Budget Management:

    • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost control and allocation to high-impact areas.
  10. Traffic Generation:

  • Have a deep understanding of various channels for driving traffic, including but not limited to SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing.
  • Demonstrate a history of successfully increasing website traffic.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  5. Proven track record of working in the India consumer market, demonstrating a deep understanding of consumer behaviors, preferences, and market trends.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead and collaborate with the India and Malaysia teams.
  7. Comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing landscape and a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.

Authority and Accountability:

  • The Digital Marketing Manager has the authority to make decisions related to digital marketing strategies and campaign implementation.
  • Accountable for achieving digital marketing goals, KPIs, and ROI targets.
  • Responsible for managing the digital marketing team, including recruitment, performance evaluations, and development plans.
